Monitoring and Measuring Social Media

Monitoring and listening are two key exercises that all social media practitioners are expected to perform when running a successful social media strategy. In this course, you will explore and understand these practices and learn why they are vital in the social media process. You will track and measure success utilizing various measurement modules, segue into analytics and answer the question on everyone's mind: How do you measure social media return on investment?

Instructor Bio

Gabe graduated from the University of Toronto and has been teaching at Humber for over 3 years. He has over 10 years of experience in driving digital marketing and communication strategies for companies such as Scotiabank and Telus. He is currently the Senior Manager of Marketing at Tech Away. Some of his accomplishments include launching the first Snapchat activation in Canada while working for Telus. In 2012, he received the Innovation of the Year Award from Nestlé Purina PetCare Canada. Gabe is passionate about his work and can help you gain increased awareness and conversion on your social media platforms.
