Getting Started Guide for New Contract Professors

In the summer of 2019, Humber College adopted a cloud-based Human Resources Management System (HRMS). If you are brand new to the college, you will need to create a profile as follows:

  1. Visit
  2. Click 'Sign In'
  3. Review the Privacy Statement and click 'I Accept'
  4. Click 'New User'
  5. Create your username, password and enter your email address
  6. Create a security question and answer
  7. On the right side where your username displays, click the down arrow and select "Profile"
  8. Follow the 7 steps to submit your profile
  9. Confirm with your program support officer (PSO) or manager once you have created your profile
