• It is everyone’s responsibility to protect the personal information of students, including email addresses, grades, accommodations, vaccine status, etc.
• Be sensitive & cautious
• You are not permitted to speak to a third-party (i.e., a parent) about a student without having the student’s written consent. Please speak to your Associate Dean if a parent contacts you.
