Laundry Room

The academic project of the new proposal emphasizes a delicate redesign of the Laundry Room, emphasizing the introduction of upscale materials like White Silestone for the countertop and Satin Nickel/Chrome accessories. We've used vibrancy into the space with a playful color palette for the mosaic backsplash, while ensuring functionality through thoughtful space planning and accessible layout, along with compact storage solutions for laundry essentials. The incorporation of clean, straight lines fosters a sense of stability and openness, while the strategic use of indirect LED lighting serves both practical purposes and enhances the aesthetic details of the wall and wood panels.

Kitchen Room

The academic project involved designing a utility room with meticulous detail. We created comprehensive working drawing documents, detailing fixtures like washers and dryers, along with precise locations of components like outlets, water connections, drains, and dryer exhausts. Additionally, accessories like ironing boards, detergents, and storage areas were documented. This assignment assessed students' skills in presentation, documentation, and drafting, aiming for a well-executed utility room design. It required showcasing proficiency in integrating functional elements seamlessly within the layout, demonstrating expertise in utility room planning and execution.

Bathroom

The scope for this Academic project included designing the bathroom, with instructions to potentially reconfigure the layout without altering the existing walls, doors, or windows. Additionally, were required to produce construction and millwork drawings and provide equipment and finishes schedules to ensure a comprehensive design solution.
