The 4H club was designed to bring awareness of the interior design profession to kids and teenagers in rural Ontario. We worked with 4 H Ontario, a division of 4 H Canada, an organization that aims to help kids aged 8 to 20 develop hard and soft skills through “clubs” that run for 4-8 weeks and earn achievements that celebrate the development of new skills. Our project ran for 6 weeks, each week students were taught a new design skill set, such as measuring and drawing plans, color theory, perspective drawing, hand rendering and presentation skills in an effort for members to design their “dream bedroom”.
