The Creative Talent Booking Centre (CTBC) is dedicated to supporting students and recent graduates from the Faculty of Media, Creative Arts, and Design (FMCAD) by connecting them with real-world opportunities that align with their skills, passions, and career aspirations. The CTBC Experience
Talent Selection and Co-ordination
At the CTBC, we simplify the process of finding and hiring creative talent. We support clients in crafting clear, effective job postings and guide them in selecting students or recent FMCAD graduates to meet their project needs. The CTBC circulates postings, oversees the selection process, co-ordinates job details, and ensures payment is processed through Humber Polytechnic.
Talent Selection and Co-ordination Service Fee: A 10% fee is added to the talent's total compensation for this service. This fee supports a fund dedicated to assisting FMCAD students with unpaid field experiences.
Prefer a more hands-on approach? The CTBC can post your job listing at no cost. This option allows you to lead the hiring process while still benefiting from being connected to skilled FMCAD talent.
