Antanas Sileika
Antanas Sileika’s latest book is The Seaside Café Metropolis, a comic novel described as A Gentleman in Moscow meets The Grand Budapest Hotel. His most popular collection of stories has just been re-released as Buying on Time Again. Publisher's Weekly described his novel, Provisionally Yours, as an "urbane thriller." It has been adapted into both a feature film and a television serial. In addition to his two memoirs, he is the author of seven books of fiction, and a winner of a National Magazine Award. He has been short-listed for the Leacock Medal for Humour as well as the Toronto Book Award.
